With a wealth of experience in the field of catering, our eldest brother took over the reins of this iconic place in Nyons.

Every morning, our father welcomes you with a smile to serve you the best coffee in town. Joined by our mother as lunch approaches, the kitchen comes to life to prepare simple and delicious meals, highlighting local flavors.

Throughout the day, our three brothers ensure that your experience is exceptional. We offer a diverse selection of delights : carefully crafted cocktails, thoughtfully chosen wines, and of course, flavorful coffees.

Our menu showcases our specialties of "ravioles", a French regional speciality consisting of two layers of pasta surrounding a filling of French cheese, as well as charcuterie platters, bagels, croque-monsieurs, and fresh salads, all prepared with local and seasonal ingredients.
